Where Book Reading Becomes a Work of ART



  • The PAINT-A-READER program was created to encourage

  • reading during the COVID19 stay-at-home mandate. Together

  • with teacher, Sarah Chisholm, we combined art and reading

  • together. Students completed their reading assignments,

  • parents took a photo of their child reading their favorite book

  • and Jeanne painted their portraits.
